Chip’s Notes
Named for Toulouse Latrec, this was an oasis. Very modern, great service, and modern, comfortable rooms. The restaurant delivered fine French food. It was a welcome respite as we travelled by bus 2000 miles from the tip of South America to Montevideo. Highly recommended.
