If you want to stay 4 star hotel in Ushuaia, stay at the Albatross. We did, the night before we departed for Antarctica, and thoroughly enjoyed its clean, up-to-date rooms, excellent restaurant and perfect location (a block from the docks where Antarctic ships depart).
